By creating an account or using Carousel Architect ("the service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Carousel Architect helps you create, improve, and manage social-media carousels, including AI-assisted generation. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and do not share your account with others.

Do not use the service to create or distribute unlawful, hateful, deceptive, or infringing content; to harass others; to abuse, scrape, or overload the system; or to resell the service without permission.

You own the content you create. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it solely to operate and provide the service to you. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.

AI-generated output is provided "as is." It may be inaccurate or resemble other content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing anything before you publish it, and for ensuring it complies with the platforms you post to.

A free tier is available with usage limits. Paid plans, when offered, are billed through our payment provider (LemonSqueezy) on the terms shown at purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, uptime, or that output will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
