Carousel Architect ("we", "us") helps creators turn their experiences into social-media carousels. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the service you agree to this policy.

Account information: when you sign in (including with Google), we receive your name, email address, and profile image.

Content you create: the carousels, stories, saved experiences (your "vault"), brand settings, and related material you add to the product.

Usage information: basic logs and analytics about how the product is used, to keep it reliable and improve it.

Payment information: if you purchase a paid plan, payments are processed by our payment provider (LemonSqueezy). We do not store your full card details.

To provide and operate the product, authenticate you, generate and improve your content, communicate important updates, process payments, and keep the service secure.

To generate and analyze carousels, the topics, stories, and text you submit are sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) via their APIs. Under their API terms, this content is not used to train their models. Only what is needed to fulfil your request is sent.

We rely on trusted providers to run the product, including Supabase (database & authentication), Vercel (hosting), OpenAI (AI generation), LemonSqueezy (payments), Resend (email), and Google (sign-in). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.

We use cookies and similar storage only for essential purposes such as keeping you signed in. We do not sell your data.

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your content at any time within the product, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Data is encrypted in transit, and access is restricted. Each account's data is isolated so you can only access your own. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.

The product is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
